Best Practices
The We are Connected mindset helps us to understand the power of synergies. Making time to intentionally embrace everyone and maximize positive relationships creates trust and connection for all members of our learning communities. This inspirational video and activity from the 7 Mindsets Resource Hub can be shared with elementary and secondary students and adults to continue nurturing the We are Connected mindset in our schools.
- Inspirational Video: Lessons from Geese
- Common Ground: In small groups, have participants come up with six things they have in common and then share them with the large group as they go. Make it a race and whichever team gets to six things in common first wins.
