Mindset of the Month: Passion First
Passion First teaches that each of us is a unique expression of human existence and that our lives should be focused on finding our genius and sharing it with the world to the maximum extent possible. In this mindset, you will learn to make your dreams authentic, and they will give you the fuel to overcome the many obstacles you’ll face.
- Focus on Strengths: When we focus on what we’re good at, we naturally perform better, gain confidence, and contribute positively to those around us.
- Explore Your Interests: When we do things that energize and engage us, we’re more focused, perform better, and improve faster.
- Take a Stand: We must pursue what truly matters to us. When faced with challenges, a strong sense of connection to what we do allows us to persevere.
- Be Authentic: Our dreams must matter greatly to us and align with our strengths, interests, and core values.

7 Mindsets Learning Opportunities in September
7 MINDSETS AMBASSADOR ACADEMY PROGRAMS
Our new Ambassador Academy programs empower school-based champions to model the mindsets, spark meaningful conversations, and help build a culture where everyone believes in their own potential.
- MBA Academy: Designed to develop school-based 7 Mindsets champions from within. Ambassadors attend quarterly meetings in which they set goals, review data, share strategies, and earn a school-based MBA certificate.
- Campus Wellness Academy: Designed to help 7 Mindsets Wellness educators maximize their Wellness implementation throughout the school year. Three collaborative sessions feature practical guidance from the 7 Mindsets team, a spotlight on innovative implementation from partner school or district, and dedicated time to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate.

DOLLY DAY TOOLKIT
9/25 is Dolly Day, a day set aside to celebrate the life, music, and generous spirit of Dolly Parton, and to use her remarkable story as a living example of our 7 Mindsets. Last week, we shared this toolkit to help you launch this brand-new tradition.
