Happy Back to School Time!
As the new school year begins for many in the next few weeks, the 7 Mindsets team is here for you! Included in this issue are important resources for your 7 Mindsets and Base implementations. We also encourage you to check out this month’s School Culture Collaborative Coaching Calls, beginning with the August 6th session, “Ignite the Mindsets: Build Belonging from Day 1.” If you miss this session, or simply want to hear more, be sure to register for our Leading Minds Webinar later in the month, which will offer more ideas and inspiration around this topic. And if you haven’t already done so, remember to schedule your annual planning session with your Customer Succes Manager.

Resources to Support Your Implementation from Day 1
A new school year offers the opportunity for a fresh start and renewed enthusiasm. With this in mind, our team shares important platform resources for a strong start to the school year.
7 Mindsets Resources
The Resource Hub offers a variety of helpful documents and support materials to ensure a strong start to the school year. These include:
- Implementation Toolkit – Provides a comprehensive approach to implement 7 Mindsets at the highest level of engagement based on data, goals, and feedback.
- Schoolwide Implementation Observation Form– Provides a picture of a successful schoolwide implementation of 7 Mindsets with students and educators
- Classroom Implementation Observation Form– Provides a framework for what to look for in a 7 Mindsets classroom.
- Family Guides– Inform and engage caregivers in their students’ learning.
Base Resources
These documents will help you and your team as you review the modules available and gear up to begin your implementation.
- Base Comprehensive Modules List– Provides a complete list of the available modules by grade level
- Base Module Descriptions– Document is organized by grade band levels and includes a detailed description of each module
- Suggested Pacing Guides for Modules– A collection of sample pacing guides by grade level
- Base Quick Start Guide– A step-by-step guide to getting started in the Base platform

Product Highlight: Insights Measurement Tools
Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, all Insights measurement tools are now fully integrated into the 7 Mindsets platform—with updates that give school leaders more control and significantly improve the digital experience, making it easier to access and use data to support student growth and guide instruction. Updated features include:
- Greater administrative control: New administrator tools allow school leaders to
open measurement windows, edit student rosters, and gain a deeper understanding of their organization’s platform usage; plus, with nightly data syncs replacing manual requests, administrators can now access student data the day after testing. - Improved digital experience: A redesigned platform with updated measurement visuals, refreshed UI, and improved report design.
